We offer a hassle-free return policy within the GCC. If customer is not 100% satisfied with his purchase from us he can return or replace the product within 14 days from the date of delivery.

All regularly stocked items, with the exception of consumable products, can be returned absolutly free within 14 days of receipt, so long as they are unused and in the original packaging.

UAE Shipping and Delivery:

We offer delivery to all regions of the United Arab Emirates. To most of the main cities like Dubai, Abu-Dabi, Sharjah, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Ajman and Um Al Quwain. We will deliver within 4-7 working days. If you need more details about the delivery times to other cities or remote areas, please contact us.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

  • fully equipped equipment;
  • a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the Kitchens Souq online store;
  • warranty card;
  • an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.

The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation

Tracking:

We will send you a tracking number which you can use to track the order online. Upon request, we will provide a mobile number of the representative who will be in charge of delivering the order to you.

In case of missing or damaged items

Although great care is taken while packing, damage does occur occasionally during transit. To help us claim the damage and speed up the reimbursement process we require that you perform the following steps:

  • Sign on the delivery receipt stating delivery
  • Please check the item in front of the courier by checking the contents of the package
  • If the item has any damage whatsoever, please include the same note on the delivery comments and request an RTO (Return to Origin) within the first 7 days of delivary.
  • Kitchen Souq will not take the resposibility of the damaged item(s) after this period.
  • Always take photos of any damage
  • Do not throw away any of the original inner or outer packaging
  • Call the customer service directly after discovering the problem. Please have your order number available so that we can assist you as quickly as possible

Do you deliver across the UAE?

Yes, we deliver to all regions of the United Arab Emirates, including major cities such as Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Ajman, and Umm Al Quwain.

How long does delivery take?

For most main cities, delivery takes 4–7 working days. For remote areas or specific delivery times, please contact our customer service.

How can I track my order?

After placing your order, we will provide a tracking number to track your shipment online. Upon request, we can also provide the mobile number of the delivery representative responsible for your order.

What should I do if my order is damaged or missing items?

Although we take great care in packing, damage can occur during transit. Please follow these steps if you notice any issues:

  1. Sign the delivery receipt upon receiving the item.

  2. Check the contents of the package in front of the courier.

  3. If any item is damaged, note it on the delivery comments and request an RTO (Return to Origin) within 7 days of delivery.

  4. Take photos of the damage.

  5. Keep all original packaging (inner and outer).

  6. Contact our customer service immediately with your order number.
